Vege Nl
As early as 1936, when VEGE Motoren was formed, Mr Wim Versteeg decided that remanufactured engines should be offered 'off the-shelf'. This would save car owners valuable 'down time' while their own engine was rebuilt. Just after World War II his dream came true, he was able to build sufficient stocks to offer his customers a true engine exchange.
Today's concept is still the same but now VEGE are able to supply exchange engines for practically every type of car, each engineered to the same high quality as the original.
For many years now VEGE has been established as the largest independant remanufacturer of car engines in the world.
Over the years VEGE has expanded its manufacturing base to include factories in Holland, Tunisia and Mexico.
VEGE has an annual capacity in excess of 90,000 exchange engines, employing almost 2,000 engine 'experts' throughout the world.
VEGE has an ever-growing network of sales warehouses based in countries that enjoy the benefits of exchange engines from stock. These rapidly expanding sales outlets now include Benelux, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, the USA, Romania, Cuba, India, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
